Why we exist
Autonomous logistics will reshape how the physical world moves.
Within the next decade, autonomous delivery will move groceries, food, medicine, and parcels across cities and rural areas at a fraction of today's cost and emissions.
We believe this transformation should not be controlled by a handful of corporations. The infrastructure that powers everyday life should be widely owned.
Armada exists to build that infrastructure — and the network that operates it — from day one with distributed ownership at its core.

Drones are the first category. Over time, similar ownership models can extend to autonomous trucking, warehouse robotics, energy infrastructure, and other productive AI assets. The opportunity is much larger than delivery.
